Oh, and most everything I write here is in good humor so please don’t go getting all offended and whatnot.
Oh yeah, also, I really suck at internet, so don’t be surprised if one day all my links stop working. And if I’m doing something stupid, just tell me so I can stop. Seriously. I should have named this blog “Girl Luddite.” But I didn’t think of that till just now so I guess I’ll have to live with my choices.
Oh…and unless I get super famous (which isn’t my plan) I pretty much read every comment that gets posted. So feel free to add your 2 cents…even on the older posts. Just be nice, OK?

If you are asking how to make an “About” page, you need to go to your dashboard, then down to “Pages” in the menu on the left. Then click “Add New.” Hope that helps. Otherwise, there’s also probably a tutorial from WordPress floating around somewhere…

I think I get it now. I guess it depends on the theme… ‘coz the one I choose earlier doesn’t show anything like this. Thanks! I’ll just change my theme with the ones that displays something like this 🙂

Ha. I’m glad, but unf, and even despite your instruction, it’s defeated me. I’m throwing in the towel because these codes are driving me kaka. It’s now 2 “making of dinners” on and I’ve still no banner.
I can get it to appear, but it appears underneath the title and tagline and when I remove the title and tagline, the banner sits too low, and below where it should really be and I don’t know how to make it reappear on the other pages like you have – I mean you have the banner on your home page and a title on the others that takes you back to said homepage. You’re obv full of magic or just I’m more of a luddite than I thought I was… :(… woe is the stupid English guy!
